A series of security-guarded site-alienating interventions as part of Contemplation Room Project / Overgaden, Copenhagen

Part 1 (crossing/climbing: join the first initiation)

Meet inside the town wall ruin on Jarmers Plads on Thursday night, the 6th of June at 10.30 pm sharp!

The traffic island on Jarmers Plads, situated at the junction between Nørre Voldgade/H.C. Andersens Boulevard is a perfect location for a secret yet public meeting as it is an inaccessible space right in the centre of town.

On the tourist map marked out as a park Jarmers Plads and its romantic ruin remain fenced off and surrounded by several big roads without any pedestrian crossings.

Take care when crossing the road and climbing the fence, one of our charming security guards will be happy to give a hand!

While crossing and climbing become aware about your interventive, transgressive and adventurous activity!

Once arrived you will get the rare chance to join a secret society meeting and participate in the first public initiation. Details about the society and the initiation can only be revealed at the actual gathering.

Please bring torches, pocket lights, candles or any other light source. Be sufficiently dressed!
